What happens after I buy the training?

After successfully checking out via our secure payment form, a “Group Leader” account will automatically be created and you’ll be instantly logged in. You will be able to start enrolling your staff into the training immediately by filling out and submitting a simple form. Your staff will receive notifications via email letting them know they’re enrolled along with a link back to the site and a password. You will also have the ability to view progress and view/print certificates from a simplified training report.

Absolutely. Our workplace violence and harassment training programs are designed in alignment with federal, state, and provincial standards, and applicable legislation. We have specific courses that cover States that have their own specialized standards and requirements. For example, we have separate courses that are specific to New York, California, as well as other states, Simply select the specific course you need from the product table above.

You can start assigning training immediately after signing up and making the purchase through our secure checkout form. The whole process literally takes only a few minutes. Your employees will receive an email advising that they’ve been assigned the training, as well as login credentials and a link to the site. They can start their training immediately.

We do not send certificates in the mail. After successfully completing the course, your employees will be awarded a certificate in PDF format. Our standard workplace violence and harassment courses take around 60 minutes to complete. Some of the State specific courses may take longer due to their legislated training requirements. For example, some of the supervisor courses can take up to two hours to complete.

Also, because the courses are self-paced, the time it takes to complete them can vary significantly depending on the learner.

In many cases, it’s up to an employer to determine how often their employees require workplace harassment training. Unless indicated in the legislation, our certificates do not contain an expiration date. Where the legislation specifies retraining intervals, this will be added to the certificates. For example, New York State requires annual retaining. In this case, the certificates will display a one-year expiration date.
