If you’re purchasing for your employees, after successfully completing the course, each employees will be awarded a certificate in PDF format. Certificates will be emailed to your employees as well as stored in their accounts for future viewing and printing. As a Group Leader, you will have the ability to view and print certificate for each of your employees directly from your Group Leader account. This means all record-keeping is done for you automatically.
Our programs do not have a single long exam that’s required to be taken at the end of the course. Instead, there are shorter knowledge assessments (quizzes) positioned at the end of each module. These quizzes are required to be completed in order to progress through the course. Breaking up the assessments in this way is an improved approach over a single exam and improves the learner experience.

In many cases, it’s up to an employer to determine how often their employees require workplace harassment training. Unless indicated in the legislation, our certificates do not contain an expiration date. Where the legislation specifies retraining intervals, this will be added to the certificates. For example, New York State requires annual retaining. In this case, the certificates will display a one-year expiration date.
Our standard workplace violence and harassment courses take around 60 minutes to complete. Some of the State specific courses may take longer due to their legislated training requirements. For example, some of the supervisor courses can take up to two hours to complete.
Also, because the courses are self-paced, the time it takes to complete them can vary significantly depending on the learner.
